First Aid Experience

• First Aid qualified as a Fitness Professional from 1996 to present day
• 2004 Qualified as a First Aid instructor with St Johns  having completed Advanced First Aid
• January 2004 commenced teaching First Aid courses to Fitness Students at the Australian Institute of Fitness
• 2004 -2007  First Aid courses conducted to full time and part-time students for the Australian Institute of Fitness
• 2006 wrote recorded and implemented the Dr Hamstar ABC song which has changed the way people have learned CPR.
• 2007 Featured on Nine Gold Coast news and Brisbane Extra with the song to promote first Aid as an easy skill to learn.
• 2008 Featured on the 4BC and 6PR radio breakfast show talking about first aid
• 2008 Launched the Dr Hamstar ABC first Aid show taking CPR into Pre Schools and schools teaching this valuable skill.     
• 2008 Commenced working with Parasol EMT to deliver First Aid courses to the public
• October 2009 Appeared on Channel 7's Sunrise breakfast show and performed Dr Hamstars ABC live nationally
